How to Take Photos, Videos and Measurements of a Fish.

Photos help other villages and researchers. Photos are very good for documenting a problem and help answer your questions .

Photo Tips:
1) If possible, take at least two photos of the fish. Take one of the entire fish. If there is an abnormality (e.g. a tumor, wound, discoloration, etc.), also take at least one close-up.

2) When taking a photo of the whole fish, use a scaling measure in the photo. Place something by the side of the fish like a ruler, a pen, a spoon, a coin, a cd, or other common object you may have, so the person viewing the photo can tell the approximate size of the fish.
